What we collect
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email, phone, address and land registry details of the property and your message. They are only used to answer and carry out the job.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to enter into and perform a contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet statutory accounting and documentation duties.
Storage and sharing
The form is sent as email via Resend (EU/US, with standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or share your data beyond what the job requires.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies for tracking or marketing. An invisible counter records that the page was opened, without cookies and without identifying you.
Your rights
You may request access, correction and deletion, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Contact us by email.
